
Hatha yoga is known for its 3-5 breath holds in each pose and balancing the body's energy, leaving participants feeling relaxed, calm and centered. Each class is intentionally designed and includes asana (movement), pranayama (breath work) and meditation for a well rounded 60 minute yoga practice. Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. This class is for all levels!
