Yoga for Inner Peace – A Gentle Flow
A breath and body centered yoga practice designed to guide you back to your inner sanctuary. This gentle yet dynamic and creative flow weaves together moments of strength and flexibility, encouraging mindful movement and ease. All levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered and encouraged, with a strong emphasis on alignment, safety, and injury prevention—so you can move with confidence, presence, and peace.

Jaclyn

Jaclyn Rebekah Roberts is the founder of Natural Rhythm Yoga and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for more than a decade. Her heart-centered, dynamic classes invite students to move in harmony with their breath and body, cultivating both strength and softness along the way.

Jaclyn’s teaching style weaves together effort and ease, with a strong emphasis on alignment, injury prevention, and mindful awareness. She is deeply passionate about creating classes that are thoughtfully tailored to the individuals in the room, while holding a safe, non-judgmental, and loving space where all students feel welcome and supported.

She completed her 200-hour RYT training at Gioconda Yoga in the Iyengar lineage within a Vinyasa style, and her 500-hour E-RYT training at YogaYoga, studying with a wide range of national teachers and senior YogaYoga staff. Jaclyn’s teaching is influenced by the wisdom and inspiration of Sharon Moon, Gioconda, Jenn Wooten, Angie Knight, Rachel Hector, Felicia Tamasko, David Swenson, Chase Bossart, and Leslie Kaminoff.
