Hatha yoga is known for its 3-5 breath holds in each pose and balancing the body's energy, leaving yogis feeling relaxed, calm and centered. Each class is intentionally designed and includes asana (movement), pranayama (breath work) and meditation for a well rounded practice.
Don't have a yoga mat or props? That's okay, we have some you can use!
